Delivery Process

It’s always a good idea to grab the tape measure and size up your doors and hallways to help plan the easiest route into your living room. All our sofas and chairs are delivered by a two man delivery team direct to the room of your choice. Our delivery teams are fully housetrained and highly skilled in fitting furniture.

Things to check before we arrive

• Have you checked that the sofa will fit?
• Have you checked your delivery details are correct? Including address and contact details?
• Is there clear access/ parking for the drivers?

Please note we are not able to

• Move existing furniture, remove doors or windows.

Once a delivery date is confirmed, cancelling the delivery within 96 hours of the delivery will incur a delivery charge.
